Five ways to stop comparing yourself to others:

1. Awareness:

Be consciously aware that you are comparing yourself to others.  When you see a person and then go in your head and think of yourself whether it is your job, career, appearance, beauty, size  or a number of other reasons to compare yourself to someone else.  And, your thoughts can make you feel differently as well.

2. Honesty:

Be honest to what you know in your heart instead of what you think or feel- honest

3. Discern

What you feel in yourself is not the same as what you know in your heart-  Your feelings aer about yourself is not the same as what you know the truth of in your heart.  Knowing and feeling are  completely different. Are accustomed to what you feel and then you think?  Does your mind determine the state of your feelings? Begin to know and discern the difference between emotions that your are feeling and knowing what is true.  

  1. Shift

Change the movement of energy from thinking because you feel to thinking because you know in your heart.

 5. Open and soften your heart

 Relax your body. Relax your heart

When you think according to what you are feeling- RELAX- your body – relax your heart.  Despite the feeing as you relax the more you know the more you soften and the more you see

Your inner wellbeing is completely dependent on your opening and softening in your heart.  Your inner wellbeing is not dependent on what you are thinking or feeling in yourself.  Your inner wellbeing is not dependent on thoughts and feelings- it is not dependent on what you do in yourself-It is dependent on what you are being in your heart
